<title>FORUM RESIPI DIANA GATHERING...HERE I COME...</title>
<description> *~EXCITED BANGET NIH~*

I had a wonderful time at the gathering last saturday.

Armed with a cheesecake and assorted muffins, i nervously went down to meet the other members that i have known since 2006. We have been chatting online in this 'Very-Hype-Forum' almost everyday but never got a chance to meet some of them..



We eat, chat, gossip, play games, exchange presents.....the whole afternoon, so fun!!! LOL 





One thing for sure, FRD has welcomed me with warm friends and kind hearts. I'm ready to love it just the same.!!!!! :->

<title>Bread Pudding with Custard Sauce</title>

PUDING ROTI kak Liza 
Shared by Brownie of Forum Resipi Diana

Bahan: 

A: 
500 ml susu segar/fresh milk 
8 keping roti (gardenia/high 5) 

B: 
4 sudu besar gula halus ( boleh tambah 1-2 sudu kalau nak manis) 
2 sudu besar butter 
2 biji telur ayam 
1 sudu teh esen vanilla 
1 sudu besar tepung jagung 
1/2 sudu teh serbuk kayu manis (Optional) 
1/2 cawan badam cincang (Optional)

2 sudu besar kismis hitam


CARA: 

1. Hancurkan /koyakkan roti dan rendam dalam susu 1/2 jam 
2. Kacau dan gaul rata bahan B. 
3. Masukkan kismis dan tuangkan kedalam loyang. 
4. Bakar dalam suhu 180'C selama 30 minit/masak. 

Sos kastard 

Bahan
I tin susu cair 
1 sudu besar tepung kastard 
2 sudu besar gula 

cara:

Masukkan semua bahan lam periuk, panaskan lam api kecil gaul hingga pekat macam sos. di makan bersama puding roti.

Ok..cara nyer...sebelum pakai acuan tu di bubuh minyak makan penuh dlm lobang acuan tu, 
lepas tu panaskan hingga minyaknya betul2 panas, kemudian keluarkan minyak2 
tu dari acuan dan bolehlah di gunakan.




BAULU CHERMAI

7 NOS. EGGS(GRADE A)
380 GM SUGAR
250 GM FLOUR
1/2 TSP BAKING POWDER(MIX TO FLOUR)
1 TSP VANILLA ESSENCE
A LITTLE OIL FOR BRUSHING THE MOULDS

METHODS

1. IN A MIXING BOWL MIX EGGS, VANILLA ESSENCE AND SUGAR, BEAT UNTIL FLUFFY, 
THEN ADD IN THE FLOUR WITH THE MIXER RUNNING SLOW, 1 TBLSP AT A TIME UNTIL FINISH.
2. PREHEAT OVEN AT 200, BRUSH OIL TO THE MOULDS AND HEAT UP THE MOULD FIRST
MAKE SURE IT HOT BEFORE ADDING BATTER TO AVOID STICKING.
3. BAKE UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN AND READY TO BE SERVE..........

<title>Lets go yellow..</title>
<description>My mum send the kids some durian yesterday. I 'stole' a few to make Kuih Bakar..heheheh..

I just love to make this kuih knowing someone the the house loved it sooo much..and the BEST part is this person has been on a diet since last week..so this is the best kuih to 'TEMPT' him to eat more..boy, i'm just soooo notti, i know...bwahahahah... :lol_teethfull:  :lol_teethfull: 

 

and i must add, the smell of this kuih, fresh from the oven....goodness...it was so heavenly.... :-D 

Oh yar I also made this...but I dont know wat it is called.. LOL 
Very nostalgic 'cemilan' for me. My mum used to make this for me when i was young. 
It is very simple, just steamed corn and have it mixed with grated coconut with white sugar.
Nice eaten hot..Simply yummeh...  ;-)

<title>Double Entri..</title>
<description>

DAGING MASAK MAMAK (Resipi dari majalah Rasa)

Bahan2 :-
500g daging (dipotong nipis)
300g bawang merah (di mayang)
50g cili kering (di kisar)
2 sm minyak sapi
1 biji bawang besar
20g bunga lawang
20g kulit kayu mais
20g buah pelaga
2 sm kicap cair
5 helai daun kari
Garam dan gula secukup rasa

Caranya :-

Perap daging bersama kicap cair dan gula selama satu jam.
Panaskan minyak dan tumis bawang merah hingga kekuningan. 
Angkat dan ketepikan. Panaskan minyak dan tumis bunga lawang,
kulit kayu manis, buah pelaga hingga naik bau. Masukkan daging perap
dan cili kisar. Biarkan seketika. Apabila daging masak, masukkan 
bawang merah yang di tumis bersama daun kari serta bawang besar 
untuk hiasan. Angkat dan hidangkan.




IKAN MERAH MASAK LEMAK MERAH (Versi Mak Akak)
Bahan-bahannya:-
1 ekor ikan merah, dibersihkan 
2 helai daun kunyit, dirabak2
1 keping asam gelugor
1 batang serai
1 mangkok santan cair,
1 mangkok santan pekat.
1 biji tomato di belah empat
Garam, gula dan serbuk perasa (jika suka)

Bahan dikisar halus:-
8 biji bawang merah kecil
3 ulas bawang putih
1/2 inci halia
2 inci kunyit hidup
1 inci belacan
4 biji cili merah

Cara membuatnya:-

Ikan merah digoreng bersama sedikit kunyit dan garam. Dalam periuk, masukkan bahan2 kisar bersama santan cair. Masak atas api sederhana. Bila mendidih, masukkan ikan goreng dan juga asam gelugor. Kacau perlahan.Biar mendidih lagi dengan api perlahan untuk 5-8 minit. Kemudian tuangkan santan pekat, tomato dan perasakan dgn garam, gula dan serbuk perasa jika suka. Masaklah hingga minyak terbit dan kuahnya menjadi agak pekat.


Pasti...Jemput makan..tambah nasi lagik...hik..hik.. ... LOL  LOL </description>

<title>Parameswara Ikan Bakar, Umbai, Melaka..</title>

Antara makanan yang TAK sempat di ambil gambarnyer ialah, ikan siakap masak 3 rasa, Asam Pedas Ikan Pari,Pais Ikan Pari, Air tembikai...Biasa ler...baru nak posing2 dah kene serang... LOL  LOL 

Overall, Makanan di Parameswara Grill / Ikan Bakar seafood nie memang sedap, sampai ker hari ni, akak masih teringatkan Asam Pedas Ikan Pari dan Nasi Lemak deorang..mak oii...POWER!!!. Harga juga amat berpatutan..

Pendek kata..its recommendable lar... :->

<title>Walnut Cheesecake</title>

Nanti biler akak free, Insyaallah akan akak tepek resipi..hehehe LOL 

wokey..wokey..ini dier resipinyer..Selamat mencuba.

Ingredients for the base:

250 gm. digestive biscuits &lt;----akak guna Oreo.
120 gm. melted butter

Ingredients for cheese cake:

700 gm. cream cheese
150 gm. sugar 
50 gm. maple syrup or honey &lt;----akak tak guna pun.
100 gm. chopped roasted walnuts
3 nos. medium size eggs

Method:

(1) Blend digestive biscuits until fine and mix with melted butter and press into a 9" round springfrom tin. Chill in the refrigerator to let the base harden.
(2) Beat cream cheese wtih sugar and maple syrup until creamy and smooth.
(3) Add in eggs and beat one at a time until well mixed.
(4) Pour in chopped walnuts and mix thoroughly.
(5) Pour into prepared tin with biscuit base.
(6) Bake (baine marie) for about 1 hour at 150C.
(7) Leave cheese cake in the oven for about 30 mins with the door closed.
(8) After 30 mins, open the oven door slightly ajar and let the cheese cake cool in the oven before putting in the fridge to let it set.
(9) Serve chilled.

Ikan pari, campurkan bawang putih, serbuk lada hitam, sambal belacan dan garam secukup rasa. Panaskan minyak dalam kuali kemudian goreng ikan pari tadi setelah agak garing masukkan daun kari dan lada hijau yang telah dihiris.  </description>
