Ramadhan dah hampir tiba.
Sabtu lalu kengkawan akak dari FRD telah mengada kan 'HARI RAYA COOKIES EXCHANGE PROGRAMME'
Motif cookies exchange program ni, selain dari mengeratkan siratulrahim antara kita semua, ianya juga utk meraih lebih banyak idea tentang cookies2 baru yg boleh kita semua cuba utk hari raya nanti.
Seronokkan??!!...
Tapi malangnyer akak tak dapat turut serta.
Hanya biskut saja mewaliki diri...
Yang ini pula contributions dari peserta2 yang lain...
Alhamdullilah...dapat merasa juga cookies2 buatan deorang semua..bestkan??!!..

Cheesecake + butter cake =
a very chocolatey, very yummy, super moist, butter cheese chocolate cake..
Sumber inspirasi dari resipi Cream Cheese Pound Cake @ Allrecipe
Bahan2:-
200g Cream Cheese (room temperature)
150g butter
275g Gula kastor (jika kek perlu diicing akak cadangkan kurangkan gula ker 250g)
1 sb Chocolate Emulco
270g Tepung naik sendiri
1 sk Baking Powder
80g serbuk koko
600ml susu segar / uht (jika tak mahu kek terlalu lemak boleh guna 400ml susu + 200ml air)
5 biji telor (pukul sikit dengan garpu)
Cara2:-
Ayak tepung, baking powder dan serbuk koko. Ketepikan.
Pukul butter, cream cheese, chocolate emulco dan gula hingga lembut dan kembang.
kemudian masukan telor sedikit demi sedikit. Pukul hingga rata.
Dengan speed yang perlahan, masukan bahan tepung berselang-seli dgn susu tadi hingga habis. Gaul hingga sebati.
Bakar dalam acuan 8" x 8" pada suhu 160 ~ 170 degC selama 1 jam atau sehingga kek masak.
Biarkan kek benar2 sejuk sebelum dihias mengikut selera masing2.

Bubur kacang Durian

Went fp surfing yesterday then i stumble upon Mat Gebu's bubur kacang entri.
Hmmm..when was the last time i had this? Couldn't remember but his pic of the bubur kacang durian was too tempting to resist that i have to had one tat very instant...hehehe..
So here is mine...pure indulgence with full satisfaction bebeh!!!!....

Bahan-bahan:
3 cawan air
1/2 cawan gula merah
1/2 cawan gula pasir
*Ketiga-tiga bahan di atas hendaklah dimasak, ditapis dan dibiar sejuk.
500gm tepung gandum
1 pkt (11gm) Yis Mauripan, dibancuh dengan 1 cwn air dan sedikit gula pasir
Cara-cara:
1. Panaskan kukusan.
2. Masukkan tepung gandum ke dalam sebuah mangkuk besar ( Bila dia naik taklah
melimpah2 nanti !!!)dan tuangkan bancuhan yis dan bancuhan gula. Gaul rata, seelok-eloknya menggunakan tangan.
3. Tutup bekas selama 1 jam. Dibiar adunan naik 3 kali ganda.
4. Sapu loyang pengukus dengan sedikit minyak.
5. Tuangkan bancuhan tepung ke dlm loyang dan kukus selama 40minit.
6. Biarkan sejuk sebelum dikeluarkan dari loyang dan dipotong.
7. Sedap dimakan dengan kelapa parut muda yg digaul dgn sedikit garam.

FORUM RESIPI DIANA GATHERING...HERE I COME...

I had a wonderful time at the gathering last saturday.
Armed with a cheesecake and assorted muffins, i nervously went down to meet the other members that i have known since 2006. We have been chatting online in this 'Very-Hype-Forum' almost everyday but never got a chance to meet some of them..
We eat, chat, gossip, play games, exchange presents.....the whole afternoon, so fun!!!
One thing for sure, FRD has welcomed me with warm friends and kind hearts. I'm ready to love it just the same.!!!!!

Bread Pudding with Custard Sauce

Bahan:
A:
500 ml susu segar/fresh milk
8 keping roti (gardenia/high 5)
B:
4 sudu besar gula halus ( boleh tambah 1-2 sudu kalau nak manis)
2 sudu besar butter
2 biji telur ayam
1 sudu teh esen vanilla
1 sudu besar tepung jagung
1/2 sudu teh serbuk kayu manis (Optional)
1/2 cawan badam cincang (Optional)
2 sudu besar kismis hitam
CARA:
1. Hancurkan /koyakkan roti dan rendam dalam susu 1/2 jam
2. Kacau dan gaul rata bahan B.
3. Masukkan kismis dan tuangkan kedalam loyang.
4. Bakar dalam suhu 180'C selama 30 minit/masak.
Sos kastard
Bahan
I tin susu cair
1 sudu besar tepung kastard
2 sudu besar gula
cara:
Masukkan semua bahan lam periuk, panaskan lam api kecil gaul hingga pekat macam sos. di makan bersama puding roti.

Ok..cara nyer...sebelum pakai acuan tu di bubuh minyak makan penuh dlm lobang acuan tu,
lepas tu panaskan hingga minyaknya betul2 panas, kemudian keluarkan minyak2
tu dari acuan dan bolehlah di gunakan.
